Molded by 80's/90's new wave, college rock, and alternative music, There Are Ghosts wear their influences well. Vocalist Gwynn Reitz draws from a deep well of jangle-pop gems written by fellow long-time Indianapolis musicians Jonathan Harmon, Tony Reitz, Andrew Mahoney, and Mike Theodore. Their debut album, Are You Happy Where You Are?, is a follow up to their collection of home and random recordings, The Mutual Appreciation Society, Volume 1.
