The Most Familiar Stranger Than Most...WhoisLouis is a MC / Producer / Engineer / Songwriter from Indiana. He resides in Franklin to be exact and has been in the Indianapolis HipHop scene since 2000. He was a founding member of the UnLevelHeaded MC's who disbanded in 05.

In the post ULH era L.O.U.I.S. has embarked on a solo venture making him a mainstay amongst the Naptown indie hiphop scene. He is known to be a very energetic performer on stage who raps about real life scenarios, and the ups and downs of the journey through it all. His words always come across very passionate and heartfelt. He is also the father of three gorgeous girls and takes pride in representing family life in his rhymes.

He joined up forces with AudioRecon in 2007 and released his first full length Rough Cuts, Scrapes, and Abrasions LP. Avaliable on itunes and in local record stores around Indianapolis. All in all WhoisLouis is a respected MC amongst other artists and fans of Indie hiphop. Louis has also collaborated his efforts in beatmaking with many of Naptowns best MC's. WhoisLouis has put in work and paid dues over the years but feels that there is much more of both left for the future. His most recent projects include "TheFreeLease" which is produced entirely by Naptown producer Defame. It is the introduction to his third official release "SeldomScene" due out in late 2010.
