About

Isolation Drills was born from a time of solitude, loss, and uncertainty. Started by Tony Reitz and Dino Maglinte at the start of the 2020 covid-19 pandemic, Isolation Drills blends Post Rock, Shoegaze, Slowcore, and Drone while providing stunning and hypnotizing visuals to accompany their music.

In 2021, the band self-released their debut album Year One, which quickly gained critical acclaim and a dedicated following resulting in a reissue on vinyl (Post. Recordings) and cassette (Small Hand Factory) in 2023.

Longtime friends and fellow musicians Andrew Greenburg and Rob Guernsey round out the live line-up of Isolation Drills playing bass and percussion respectively to bring the band’s artistic vision to the stage.

Isolation Drill's music is characterized by dark, ambient, and heavy sounds, with songs that range from atmospheric to intense. Whether they're performing in a packed club or a festival stage, Isolation Drills always delivers an electrifying and unforgettable live experience.
