What is that raucous din I hear drawing nigh? A party-loving T-Rex, cruising for a good time? The clamor of a thousand testicles high-fiving in unison? Or is it a sunset\'s superego, wailing at his mom because it\'s time to go home but he just wants to stay and play with his frieennnnnnds!? IT\'S NONE OF THOSE THINGS. IT\'S INDIANA SUPERPOSSE DINO FUCKING DNA KEEPIN IT REAL IN THE RADDEST BASEMENT PARTIES THIS SIDE OF THE JURASSIC ERA.

On this limited edition cassette re-release of their debut album, sweaty garage rock hearth throbs Dino DNA exemplify the true spirit of basement concerts. They\'re down there, somewhere, in the platonic basements of America, makin hardcore party rock with college kids and softcore pornos with your laundry machine. The tender kind.

THAT WAS A METAPHOR. THEY HAVE NEVER ACTUALLY SEXED A DRIER.

This music IS for the faint of heart - the kind of heart that needs a defibrillator!!

Dino DNA is the gnarly trio of Jeff Mather (of High School Girls), Dan Varnau (of Mid-American), and Steve Schuster (no other band). Straight outta the fabled avant-garde post-punk hotbed of West Lafayette, Indiana, the boys are back with their second release, All Male Garage Rock. Picking up where their self-titled, self-recorded, self-pleasuring debut (2011) left off, Dino DNA is ready to sonically transport you to all kinds of smelly basement parties, sweet garage jams, and fist-pumping dive bars.

Trying to decide which genre Dino DNA belongs to is like trying to choose which pinball machine you want to highscore. I know that makes no sense, but neither does Dino DNA. But I do know this for sure: on their second release, Dino DNA deliver on the life-affirming, hell-yes, candy-for-breakfast promises of awesomeness made by every rock sub-genre. Don’t call it punk. Don’t call it surf. Don’t call it alternative. This is All Male Garage Rock.
