Your Strength, My Weakness

About
Hailing from Greenfield, Indiana, this acoustic duo put their hearts on the table with their soulful guitar and heartfelt lyrics. In 2007, Jeremy Flick and Erik Gast started the band "The Summer's End." After realizing a more popular band of a completely different genre had the same name, the guys decided to change it to "Your Strength, My Weakness" in early 2009. A few months after the change, Erik left Indiana to join the Navy and stepped down as the guitarist for YSMW. A year down the road, Jeremy asked Joey Banfield to help write, record, and feature in a few songs. "Your Strength, My Weakness" is still only a solo acoustic band. "Your Strength, My Weakness" has gone through many changes over the past few years. The meaning grew, the musician grew, the music grew. Quality music, truthful music, lyrics from the heart, define what YSMW is.
