Post-Fortney bassist: Jason Roland

"Jason Roland also played bass in the band. He also recorded the session at the Musical Arts Center. The MAC session was done in the middle of the night when there was nobody in the building I believe the session started well after midnight and finished in the early early morning. That session produced "Rock your World". Jason played bass at several second story shows and played bass was key to many of our Search and Destroy impromptu party gigs. After work, around 10 or 11 on a saturday night We would drive around Bloomington in Greg's HUGE 1973 Mercury Montego Brougham Station Wagon fully loaded with gear. We would drive around until we heard some action. Then one of us would get out scope the scene and determine where we should start setting up. Then the rest of us would start hauling in the gear. If anybody protested we would simply say you ordered a band with your party didn't you? I think there was little dissention after a few bars of sonic reducer."
