The Blacklisted was formed in 1986 by Sean Neal and Jason Miller. After a few years of playing and even changing musical genres they broke up. They were re-formed in 1993 with Jason, Sean, Paul and Bill on bass this time and lasted for about a year. In 1998 rehearsals started up again, this time with Gerry Myers on drums and Jason, Sean and Bill again. This version of the band lasted until 2000.
