MFT is proud to partner with Four / Ten Media to present the premiere of a new video for the track "Friction" from Indianapolis-based composer Jordan Munson. Filmed in Philadelphia by Four/Ten Media, the video showcases an exciting live performance set that Munson has been developing for the past year around electroacoustic drum set and interactive light design.

Jordan Munson is an indianapolis based composer, performer and multimedia artist. Drawing from backgrounds in percussion performance, improvisation, pop and sound design, his work juxtaposes subtle landscapes of layered textures with driving melodic arrivals. Jordan utilizes technology to interpret natural sounds and vice versa, focusing on the transmission losses that occur from this constant re-synthesis.
