ByBye is the featured band for this month's IN Covers song. The fellas of ByBye chose a classic, "California Sun". You may say "What? That song wasn't written OR performed by an Indiana artist!" But, the rules of IN Covers are infamously chill and reward a little creativity. "California Sun" was recorded and made popular by South Bend band, The Riviaras. Read up on the history of the band and the time they recorded "California Sun," beating another Indiana band to the punch!

Be sure to catch BYBYE performing at Indy CD & Vinyl on Record Store Day April 22!

If you would like to record a cover song of your favorite Indiana artist, email info@musicalfamilytree.com or send us a message on Facebook.
