Every single time my boys in FM Fiction add something new to the archive, I link yet again to my 2014 review of their 2014 Recordings. That collection of songs has hung with me, with its strange canter of melody, and it gives me that very specific charge of glee that our archive here exists every time I get to hear more from them. AS such we've got a track called "Fair Play" represented up in the playlist from one their recent uploads. We've got other new stuff from Moscow Moscow Moscow, TroutyB, and Deep Cricket Night, so don't miss!
Otherwise, it's the same scene as usual: a good selection of older stuff, a lot of it still, inexplicably, new to me. How have I never spent time with the smooth sounds of Mina and the Wondrous Flying Machine? Probably becuase I'm constantly making mistakes, that's how. Anyway, if you're looking for some chillout vibes on this beautiful Tuesday, or really any day, then I'd say you can't go wrong with Mina and her flying machine.
Thanks for hanging with us for 89 whole playlists. The fact that we've made it this far is truly astounding, and there's no way I could've done it without all the immense talent pouring in to the Indiana music scene constantly. Keep listening, y'all. It's a lovely time to be alive.
Thanks as well to Smallbox for all their support in making these weekly playlists possible!
Help us spread Indiana music, and we'll give you special rewards as our way of saying "thanks!"
