TJ Reynolds has been performing in Indianapolis for over a decade. You may catch him slamming down some spoken word in the hood or a University Symposium, rocking the African Drums with the best in town, playing acoustic numbers at a coffeeshop, or blowing heads in a freestyle battle. A versatile talent, Reynolds also produces, teaches, and freelances about some of the up-and-coming rappers in town. Reynolds is the first hip-hop artist to recieve a Creative Renewal Arts Fellowship from the Arts Council of Indianapolis. A member of acclaimed hip-hop group The Philosophy, and former member of the genre-blending Undefeatable Beats, Reynolds released his first solo album, Sugar on the Tongue, in April 2010 through local label Audio Recon.
