This album was conceived, written, recorded, mixed, mastered, and posted to the internet with artwork all within one continuous 24 hour period (23-Aug to 24-Aug 2009) in accordance with the Album-A-Day rules. Two further conditions were applied: no acoustic guitar and no love songs. The results are here and the music speaks for itself. Most of it rocks, some of it pops, and the rest of it grooves.
