About:

The Audacity of Youth is the moniker for musician Joey Walker, who is a student at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, USA. He started making and recording music around January 2008 after he got his first guitar and microphone as birthday presents. Aside from music, Walker is a published poet and is avidly interested in photography/visual arts, drawing inspiration from Sylvia Plath, Terrence Malick, and Laurie Anderson, among others. After releasing three EPs independently, Walker joined GTB Records, releasing one album, "Departed" on October 30th, 2012. As of December 31st, 2012, The Audacity of Youth existed no longer.
